Un evento dedicato alle sinergie fra consulenza immobiliare, creditizia e assicurativa
Se si guarda il mercato dei servizi finanziari in Italia partendo dal “campo” si percepisce quanto fermento ci sia e come lo scenario stia cambiando velocemente. Si assiste a processi di convergenza fra le varie tipologie di consulenti per rimanere competitivi. Ormai sono diversi i modelli distributivi che si basano sulle sinergie operative fra agenti immobiliari e agenti di assicurazione e consulenti creditizi.
Tutti questi professionisti sono tutti alla ricerca di nuovi spazi per crescere, “stanchi” di continuare a lottare nel “Red Ocean” ovvero in un contesto di mercato in cui tutti si muovono allo stesso modo, con gli stessi prodotti sugli stessi target clienti e con margini di profitto sempre più leggeri.
Sul campo si respira un’aria di cambiamento, una volontà di essere diversi rispetto al passato, guardando spesso anche oltre la propria area di operatività tradizionale.
Cosa è RealForum
Real Forum è miglioramento del business, education, e networking per la consulenza immobiliare, creditizia e assicurativa.
E’ un evento di alto livello dedicato alle sinergie fra settore immobiliare e mercato dei servizi finanziari in Italia e allo sviluppo del networking fra i vari operatori ovvero fra aziende, territorio e associazioni di categoria.
Si svolge due volte l’anno, una volta al Nord e una al Sud.
Un forum interamente dedicato agli agenti immobiliari e alle società di franchising immobiliare, ai consulenti creditizi e alle banche, agli agenti assicurativi e alle compagnie di assicurazioni e in generale a tutti gli operatori che sul campo si occupano di business immobiliare.

Quattro obbiettivi :
- offrire un’occasione di confronto ad alto livello sul futuro della consulenza immobiliare, creditizia e assicurativa;
- creare una opportunità per le aziende di sviluppare il proprio business e di rafforzare la propria visibilità su certi territori;
- rafforzare la propria rete distributiva anche attraverso l’organizzazione di eventi specifici di reclutamento;
- fornire formazione agli operatori sul territorio e anche a coloro che si vogliono avvicinare al mercato immobiliare e della consulenza creditizia per la prima volta.
Gli eventi di RealForum
Tre diverse attività:
- Educational events: dieci seminari educativi e panel di confronto su diverse tematiche che caratterizzano il settore saranno organizzati nelle due giornate. Gli speakers e i panelists sono i top managers del settore e i leader delle Associazioni di Categoria.
- Company events, “l’evento nell’evento” (by invitation only): Work–shop di due ore costruiti su misura e dedicati alle singole aziende con diverse finalità, ad esempio presentazione della società e della propria offerta, dimostrazioni di strumenti e prodotti, attività di reclutamento. Le società potranno allestire la sala con i loro supporti di comunicazione, merchandising, proiettare filmati a sostegno dei messaggi dei partecipanti all’evento.
- Expo: Stand espositivi in cui le aziende possono incontrare i rappresentanti del territorio e rafforzare il posizionamento della propria azienda.

- Company events, “l’evento nell’evento” (by invitation only): Real Forum è grado di organizzare per conto delle società interessate degli eventi su misura offrendo anche supporti di comunicazione e promozione sia sui media sia presso l’audience target a cui il work-shop sarà dedicato. Il costo di organizzazione e di promozione dell’evento è di Euro 8.000 (Iva esclusa).
- Expo: Il costo degli stand-espositivi varia da Euro 3.500-Euro 10.000 (Iva esclusa) in base alla metratura.
