È ancora record per il tasso sui mutui casa applicato dalle banche italiane. Lo scorso mese il tasso è arrivato al 5,75%, il massimo degli ultimi 5 anni, come ha chiarito l’Abi nell’ultimo bollettino mensile. Il dato, sintetizza l’andamento dei tassi fissi e variabili ed è influenzato anche dalla variazione della composizione fra le erogazioni a tasso fisso e variabile, ma è legato al peggioramento delle condizioni per i mutui a tasso variabile. Nell’ultimo anno il tasso ha subito un’accelerazione passando dal 5,39% di maggio 2007 per toccare un nuovo record quinquennale a dicembre 2007 con il 5,72%. Ma poi a gennaio, febbraio e marzo 2008 era sceso fino al 5,61%, ad aprile la tendenza si era lievemente invertita, ma il dato di maggio conferma che si è toccato un nuovo picco.
