REplat S.p.A. ha aperto una propria sede operativa a Barcellona. È avvenuto il 27 marzo scorso, in concomitanza col primo svolgimento in Spagna del Comitato REplat Europe in cui i soci hanno fatto il punto della situazione sulla diffusione internazionale della piattaforma Multiple Listing Service REplat. Si tratta della quarta sede dell’ azienda – la seconda all’ estero dopo quella inaugurata a Bucarest nel 2007 – che ha uffici a Roma (Direzione Generale), a Milano e, appunto, in Romania.
Ubicata in calle Mallorca n.279 pral 1-B, a due passi dalla centralissima Paseo de Gracia, la struttura catalana ospita lo staff e l’ area manageriale di MLS REplat Ibérica s.a., la società guidata dall’ esperienza internazionale nel real estate dell’ Amministratore Unico Aniello D’ Angelo che ha ottenuto il Master per lo sviluppo e la gestione del progetto REplat in esclusiva per la Spagna, dove ormai la comunità di agenti immobiliari che collaborano nella compravendita è divenuta piuttosto ampia.
La divisione iberica dell’ azienda guidata dal CEO Vincenzo Vivo, di cui la sede di calle Mallorca è una vera e propria Direzione Generale in attesa dell’ apertura della sede distaccata di Madrid, segue e supporta dal punto di vista tecnico 318 studi immobiliari situati soprattutto a Barcellona e nel territorio della Catalogna ma anche a Madrid, a Valencia, in Andalusia e nelle Isole Baleari. Sono sempre di più gli operatori del settore che, a seguito della forte crisi immobiliare che ha colpito la Spagna tra la fine del 2007 e il 2008 dopo un decennio di crescita irresistibile, stanno cercando nuovi modi di proporsi sul mercato e di fare business: la risposta viene trovata con la collaborazione, la condivisione dei portafogli e il MLS.
“REplat ha trovato terreno fertile in Spagna soprattutto a causa della particolare congiuntura in cui si trova il settore”, dice Vivo. “Lavoriamo al progetto in terra iberica sin dal 2007, ma è nell’ anno successivo che abbiamo registrato un’ enorme richiesta per il nostro MLS che è culminata a luglio con la partnership attivata con Federación de Experts, Gestores y Peritos Judiciales Inmobiliarios e con la successiva creazione di REplat Ibérica s.a. Grazie all’ accordo con l’ Associazione di Categoria, che prevede particolari sconti riservati ai soci, e alla collaudata squadra di D’ Angelo supereremo il traguardo dei 500 Aderenti spagnoli entro la fine del 2009”.
